All About Little Bugs Club
Little Bugs Club is run by Deb and my aim is provide children with essential physical and social skills for life in a fun and engaging way. I provide sessions that not only help contribute to the 3 hours of physical activity recommended per child per day, but also provides parents and carers with fun ideas for getting children active at home.
Little Bugs Club has a wide range of multi sports equipment designed that will help children to improve agility, balance, climbing and co-ordination. Each 45 minute session has been carefully planned to think about the whole child, encouraging not only their physical skills but supporting their social skills and cognitive development. The sessions enable children to learn through play, allowing them to enjoy physical activity, enhancing their fine and gross motor skills, build self-confidence, encourage team working and make friends.
There are currently three different Little Bugs Club classes, which are structured to reflect the physical changes, ability and emotional behaviour according to their age. I recognise that all children develop at different speeds therefore the age ranges of the sessions are for guidance, but please contact me should you wish to discuss your child's specific needs and find the best sessions for them to enjoy.
